About TCM

Take care Ma exists to share knowledge on sustainable and regenerative practices. As a society, we are learning and working on how to heal & better the world one step at a time. Most of us forget sometimes (me included), that a big step is from within ourselves. I am here to chat with you about how we can take that inner step & heal ourselves, our communities, and our planet. One step at a time.

After a lot of reflection and discussion with change-makers & activists, I realized many of us were burnt out whilst healing & focusing on the outside world. As we do this, it is crucial to not forget or neglect our inner world, for it gives us the strength to persevere & make impactful changes. It has taken me many revisions, breaks, and redirections to make this project happen. I am so excited & grateful to share it with you.

In this podcast, we will talk about breakthroughs within many communities of many backgrounds, break down environmental and social topics & some of their history. As well as explore different forms of expression & art. Last but not least we talk about how we can work with energy & explore how we can evolve mentally and spiritually together, all while tryng to stay on topic, but I go with the flow so it's always an adventure.

Ma=Mother. I feel that we all have a mother within us who is the nurturer, creator, and lover, along with our mother earth. As we make changes in our lives in the external world. We must take care of the mother within us and among us. For she does the same for us.

Hello! I'm Tomi, a curious cat and lifelong learner fascinated by the amazing contraptions and ideas people have come up with throughout time and space, all while exploring how we can live in harmony with nature.

My passions include exploring energy, environmental technology, regenerative businesses, spirituality, and fungi. I also envision a solarpunk-esque future where design, history, and all forms of life are harmoniously integrated. When I'm not diving into these topics, you'll find me creating rugs (available soon!), painting clothes, bouldering, dancing in the kitchen, picking up litter, or getting lost in a good movie.

I was raised mostly in central Utah, with a slice of my youth spent in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a triple water sign, I feel everything deeply but have found creative and positive ways to channel that energy into my art!
